Target and Signal

Target: Tess Rodgers. Can shoot any projectile out of his hand, from bamboo dart to bullets. Is usually very accurate since his irises are imprinted with a 'target' mark. Has to wear lead line glove on left hand just incase he gets angry and starts making bullets.
He can also make nuclear/ bio missiles. but since there extremely dangerous, he doesn't.
How he got this way?: Its a secret~

Signal: Van Orvell. Can intercept all types of nonphysical waves ( sound, speed, mental) and manipulate them. Giving him the ability to alter what people say or hear. As well as slow or speed down things (temporarily. the speed skill isn't perfected). He can mess with mental waves as well, but thats just downright dangerous, so tess wont let him. His ears are super sensitive when accessing this ability, so headphones. If he takes them off he'll have a knock out headache, if his brain doesn't break altogether.

Connection?: Signal basically stalked his way into Targets life. :D
