This is Mikula Charnetskov, the Czar of Imperial Perovskia! This image was made for his character intro but it was so pretty I'm adding it as fan art too.
If you haven't read his intro, Mikula is Natalya's loving father who is rumored to be the best swordsman in the kingdom next to Sir Alistair.
He is based off of Nicholas Romanov II, the last Czar of the Russian Empire. I loved the fancy uniforms Nicholas wore, they were amazing! Such elegance!
