My newest OC! I don't have a name for him...but he can do strange things with his 'star eye' and is in some organization of people with 'eye powers'...ermm...sorry...I don't know how to describe it...Liike...one of them can take pictures with their eye (*laughs* And it comes out their butt! XD)...and send it to a computer and they can zoom in and stuffs...I dunno what his does, though...O.o; Shoots a laser out of it? I dunno! XD
