It's a dragon teapped in a notebook, that was placed there during WWII japan as an experimental weapon that was easily disguised as a plain doodle. It has powers of fire manipulation, and to trap anyone or anything that it wishes in the pages of its note. unfortunately, no one knows the command to release the dragon... but if it ever was released, its power would rival the force of a multi-megaton nuclear bomb.
