Italy/Feliciano/Veneziano in the uniform of an officer of the Artillery Regiment on horseback (Kingdom of Italy, 1934)
I took references for the uniform from a book I have ^^ I guess I'll be doing some other characters like this, I mean, dressed with another uniform (of a different time)
the background is an Italy flag that I simply modified with a graphic program.. just because I don't like white backgrounds XD
