This is one of Justinian's mistresses, named Irelynd. She is very outgoing, rude, and.... whats the word...... well learned? I dunno, but she acts like a civilized lady most of the time, but when it comes to Konnie, she is outright rude. She will end up being the mother of 3 of Justinian's kids, (Konnie will have two, I have decided on that) and later when Konnie sees Irelynd again (plot is revealed in my world Konstantine) then Irelynd will try to kill Konnie.
