This is a close up of the mad hatter. He is sculpted from gum paste and hand painted using edible dusting powders. He is sitting on a chair made of rice crispy treats covered in fondant. Though it's hard to tell in the picture, the tea cup in his hands is full of tea. His chair was my least favorite part of this cake.
