This is my entry for Wakusei Aoshi's challenge, Design the Character!.

Whoa, bright, huh?

Letsee here...

The concept of the character was "A mysterious, yet colourful and silly character with a slight dark aura to them".

And I had to include these things:

Heterochromia- She has a red eye, and a gold one.

Wings- They're bright pink angelic wings. Kinda contrast everything else in a way.

Horns- One big green one, and a tiny green one. In her original design, she only had one, but when I reread the rules and saw, horns, I threw in another one. I like it better this way.

Crescent Moon- She has one on the sides of each of her boots, one under her eye, and moon pin on her scarf.

I've had her design planned for awhile now, and only really got to it today. I'm lazy :| Also jpeg wrecked it. Oh well.
