Kotetsu, also known as Wild Tiger, from the incredibly funky new series Tiger & Bunny.
I get the awesome ~90's feeling from the animation and the character designs, especially Barnaby.

It's been long time since I last watched a series that gives the feeling that ~24min flies by in 5minutes.
Tiger & Bunny's episodes end way too fast!

The voice actor, Hiroaki Hirata (some might recognize him as Sanji from One Piece) suit just perfectly and
they have good dynamic with Masakazu Morita, who voices his Hero partner, Barnaby "Bunny".

The bunny here isn't The Bunny, Barnaby is too dashing for me to draw just yet ;D You'll have to do with おじさん here.
The bunny in this pic was the Heroes birthday present for Barnaby. Don't know if they ever got the chance to give it to him tho.
