So, this character came from a random sketch I did like two weeks ago which my friend IRL is begging me to Photoshop.
I just tweaked the outfit a bit from the original.

This drawing was also right after I stalked the category and the internet for The World Ends With You (which I want REALLY BADLY) so that might be the influence...

In the original sketch, she's sleeping, looking all innocent, but her scythe has blood on it. :D
She needs a name. I keep calling her The Innocent Killer.

EDIT: I have named her Zero. Don't ask why.
