Phew! Rush Job. Sketched this up this morning before I went to see transformers 3, then colored it when I got home.
I wish I had found this challenge earlier! It was fun.

Anyway, for the design I was aiming for something cute but scary at the same time. He does have real horns. The headband holds on his moon crown...thing.

It's funny, I originally brainstormed him in bed and I forgot about incorporating a moon. Then his design became based around said crescent and I sprang up from bed to draw the concept before it left my head. Then I went back to bed. I'm not a morning person.

I had another design of a female following the set rules, but I didn't get to color it in time.
Ah well. Enjoy the tiny lunatic child.
