New OC, I guess. XD It's just something I drew randomly from my head except the dress, I own that and used it as a ref. =w= Not that it's that hard of a design. XD

Maybe I'll draw this character some more in the future, there aren't much tanned anime girls out there but I think they're really pretty. *Q*
