These are my OCs Carrot and Dirt. Carrot is obviously the red head and Dirt is the one being a brat. These two constantly go back and forth fighting and teasing one another. Dirt is the one starting this time, but carrot is definitely no innocent party when it comes to their shenanigans.

This time around they were just sitting outside enjoying the summer weather, having a nice time. And what does Dirt do? STICKS HIS TONGUE OUT?!! Very immature, but not to worry Carrot will show him in a nice way that it was an immature thing to do >:)
