This is a contest entry for *Iernamei's contest in Deviantart. Bascially we could draw anything Naruto related BUT it had to have Gaara in it. So, I immediatly wanted to do Gaara with my Naruto OC Nino and I did! Hahaha.

Before I even drew this though I was looking through all the other entries to see what I was up against, and it kinda made me sad. A majority of them are just of Gaara. She said it just had to have Gaara in it, not just Gaara. So much potential for amazing pictures is gone because they didn't want to add another character. No I'm not saying my entry is all that great either. Actually, it's kinda lame.

I drew the background like....6 times and I ended up with that...thing...there....the Sand village was SUPPOSED to be in the background, but I just couldn't get it to work. So, I went with simple....and the icecream...it just came out of my hand onto the paper. Nino saw Gaara walk by and decided to buy some for him to! Hahaha!

Yeah, it's random but I hope you all like it anyway!

Oh! There's nothing romantic between Nino and Gaara, don't go getting silly ideas into you heads.
