hehe..i got interested in your challenge..hehe..costume making kasi eh..hehe..and when i saw your charas..she was the first that i wanted to make a costume of..hehehe...so here she is!..sorry if im not so good with colors though..i hope i got it ryt..^^..hehe..

she's wearing a double breasted tailcoat and a dress under it..although it somehow looks like a school uniform..hehe..gomen, im just used to drawing those..*sweatdrops*
