This is another oc I created a while back named Tsukimi, a neko watcher and the 4th character to my set of neko watcher OC's named Merik, Unikolo, and Seshu. This is a more suitable costume for him, in hopes to make him look more like a guy than a girl; :< much to the disarray of his previous costume that made him look more...feminine like. When I first drew him way back then, the people I showed him to thought he was a girl and when I told them he was a guy they thought he was gay. So it was like, harsh. D: I can't draw guys that well! But I'm improving!!

:< Disregard the top of the picture and the picture in general, my scanner was being stupid at the time...mostly from a freefall to the floor by my baby sister. So it looks a little light D: and it got cropped numerous times!!!

But anyhoo, feel free to give me feedback on it. O__O Please some feedback!!!! My scanner is fixed, but there's no hope for this picture. I think it was too big.
