He is a troubled young man who finds himself work with the NYPD to help combat dark forces in the Nation of New York one of the surviving states of the USA. Young people like him have been affect with a virus that give the person powers of an aspect of reality yet also give them a mental illness. My character struggle to find a place in a society that blames these mentally ill ppl yet need him for protection. comic book to come out VERY SOON!
