Anyway, it's Poland and Lithuania! For armor I sorta stared at pictures and drew my own from there XD Poland is a winged Hussar [link] and Lithuania is wearing some chainmail [link] sort of like the pancerni shown on this thread.
I google imaged flags [link] (I can't paste the link of the actual picture I used, but this is similar to it >< (it keeps saving it to my downloads)!

I think that is all for credit, besides the fact that I DO NOT OWN HETALIA!
