This is my entry for the challenge. Aries is a main character in my latest story I'm working on.

Background:

After the death of her parents, Aries was sent to live with her grandfather in Japan. While living with her grandfather, Aries was taught the art of black magic. On her eighteenth birthday, her grandfather gave Aries her first tattoo. It was supposed to be a protection spell, but instead her grandfather altered the symbols. Immediately after the last symbol was inked in her skin, her body was engulfed in flame. In a panic, Aries grabbed onto her grandfather accidently burning him alive.

Not long, Aries learned to control her power but was unable to get rid of the curse. She knew of one man who could dispel the symbols. In her search to find her grandfather’s disciple, Aries encountered others who were like her. But these individuals had a dark purpose. And Aries was their main target.
