No this isn't one of Tamaki's typical emos. There was news on the radio about a car accident near the Ouran Music Hall, where Haruhi was attending her cousin's piano recital. The description of the car almost matched the one Haruhi left in.

Tamaki tried to refuse to believe Haruhi was involved in the accident. His worst fear would be to hear that she had been killed. He just couldn't imagine a moment to never see Haruhi again. He watched the rain pouring outside the window. Every passing minute made him worry for her. His eyes started to become heavy, as he tried to fight against his emotions.

Just then, Haruhi appeared in the doorway. She didn't appear injured or even had anything to do with the accident. But she saw Tamaki sitting by the window, looking at her with tears in his eyes. Not his normal emo tears to woo her, but tears of relief and overwhelming sadness over the thought of losing her. She walked over to him and knelt in front of him, then started hugging him. No longer to hold back his tears, Tamaki embraced her and began crying deeply.

Haruhi said she saw the accident and said it was two old men who ran into each other. There was an ambulance outside, but it didn't look like neither man suffered anything too serious. Still she's moved by Tamaki's concern for her safety, and kissed his forehead to reassure him.
