This is without a doubt one of the most interesting character designs from this year of anime! And I finally got around to drawing it after 2 and a half seasons later, lol. The background was more or less an experiment with the "preserve opacity" layer-option in SAI, since I just learned it recently.

Sketched with mech-pencil and paper. Scanned it to my pc. Outlined and colored on SAI.
