It's super effective!

I was playing my Explorers of Sky game when I unlocked the playable episode 'Igglybuff the prodigy' It was lots of fun.You get to see how he got his start as an explorer. So I decided to draw him as a gijinka! I usually don't draw guys all pretty and sparkly like this, but I think it suits him.

I used the Shoujo roses brush(kinda hard to see)

And the glitter brush
