Alright, so im gonna tell you why this means something to me, my evil boss appeared to me in many dreams in the lab. i made a character about him and then all the dreams seemed to fall into place when i realized that this thomas was my dream version of a guy i had a crush on, far out hu? well not so much yet. this boss was built on the him from a dream that reoccurred many times every winter. It just so happens that i had know idea how the guy he was based on would act in the situations that i placed the boss, and with dreams guiding me my story seemed better. when the guy came back into my life i suggested a short role play and him playing the boss was almost exactly the same as the dreams, this guy is able to really yank on my emotions, yet even so, he decided it would be better to distance him self for a while. My creepy yet calming mad boss.
