I got the idea of drawing Kairi when I was playing Kingdom Hearts 1 and during the scene when Kairi and Sora where talking in the secret place at Traverse Town. After that scene ended, I viewed her in her CGI version through Sora's eye vision. LoL. I looked at her front, side and back to get an idea on her hair in the back and side views, mainly. Her front view could be viewed anywhere in the intro guide, the walkthrough, the cover, etc. My main goal was to see how her hair was cut in the back.

For Kairi's KHII version I looked at her CGI version on the game's cover, the manga series and other stuff found online. Younger Kairi pretty much the same way.

P.s. ~ Kairi's not my fav. She's ok, but I perfer the boys more!
