D.O.B - May 7th, 1968

Height - 6'1"

Weight - 185 lbs

fight style - brawling, infused with techniques seen from others and western boxing

Leon Vigilance was born in Chicago and in his younger days was in gangs. He met his eternal rival Jack while Jack was in Chicago visiting family. After they fight Leon wants to follow Jack for a rematch and Jack, impressed with Leon's strength, offers him a spot in the underground fighting league his father owns. Leon's story picks up from there. Over time, he's fought in the league, became a champion, fought against Jack, fought with Jack and learned things like ki manipulation. Leon has earned the reputation of being one of the strongest men on the planet.

Leon is a sturdy man, his (at first anyway) lack of experience was made up for in his ability to absorb punishment. His personality is relaxed though. Usually not letting things getting to him. He does stand firm for what he believes in though. He won't let anyone walk all over him and he won't anybody he considers a real friend get walked on either.

Creators comments: Leon is my next oldest creation after the Legend Killers and 11/X. He was my first Dragon Ball OC actually. Back then his backstory and look was a lot different. He looked EXACTLY like Vegeta at the time (just without the widows peak V thing on the forehead) and was a saiyan who traveled space looking for strong opponents. His rival Jack was a Dragon Ball OC too, (basically just Goku with slightly different hair). Since then though they kept changing to be more and more my characters in my own universe with less connections to the Dragon Ball universe so here they are. There's still Dragon Ball influences there, I'm not going to lie. But now I can say that my characters are indeed that, my characters.
