►You also frequently go out on walks during the night.“Because at night no one is out, and I like to walk around dim places.At times like that I think about all sorts of things and get ideas for song melodies. When I walk at night, I think about things that ordinarily I just let wash by me. There’s always some sort of barricade to the thinking part of my body. That’s because it’s tiring to be thinking all the time. But when I walk at night I feel as though my feelings just pour out.”

►You wrote in your blog that you were so moved at seeing the line:“I want everyone in the world to be able to be happy."Of course that was during the night, so would you say it was because your heart became defenseless?“That was from Tanabata last year, but when I saw that I cried. At the time I was very busy and I was traveling with the band so it was a completely frantic time for me. It was during a time when I thought only about myself so I think I felt extremely deep emotions towards it. Usually writing wishes is a private thing. But to think that such a young child wrote that….(cries) or something like that. (smiles with a bit of embarrassment).”
