an extremely last minute submission for bluesen's art challenge.
i really should pay more attention to the challenges, since there ends up being a lot that i'm interested in but are over before i can get any work done. :(

anyway.
this is mayne, my trainer oc, and her team of poorly drawn pokemon.
the contest called for background info, sooooooooo....

mayne is from nacrene city (the hipster breeding grounds), and while she isn't too worried about becoming a pokemon master or anything like that, she does value her team's company and appreciates the relationships shared between humans and the little pocket abominations. :)
her team consists of a houndour, sawsbuck, dragonair, ekans, xatu, and banette.

this was fun to think about/draw out so thanks bluesen for the opportunity.

please forgive the poor quality and any inaccuracies in the pokemon. this was done super fast and there's bound to be mistakes.

(like sawsbuck's face, OH GOD.)
