Ah ha, Ginyu and his team are such nuts. I actually had fun drawing him, though he's not one of my favorite characters. Ginyu turned out just how I wanted him to, with the exception of his horn. For some odd reason I just could not get it to turn out straight.

I also tried something different with this picture, instead of drawing the whole character I wanted to do a close up of his face. It turned out better than I had hoped and it looks kind of better, it's not so neat and clean. (if you get what I mean)
