He's an OC so I need a name for him. Suggestions are welcomed. I wanted to draw him nekkid but that would be too anti-climactic. Hee.

Note:
For some reason he reminds me of Toshizo Hijikata from Hakuouki Shinsegumi Kitan, but then he's equipped with the exact opposite personality. Hee.
