Hehe, new drawing! ^^

I mainly drew this to test out the blur tool since I don't use it often. That's why there's no outline around the colors. I wanted to see if using the blur tool can let me draw without an outline. It looks really blurry though, but hey, isn't that what the blur tool is for? I figured out a lot of stuff from testing it out on this drawing too. :D

Dedicated to itemilicious because I used her eye tutorial for the eye part. The tutorial had parts where I had to blur certain parts of the eye, so it was pretty neat. ^^
