From my 100 theme challenge on DA.

I really like how this turned out. This is a picture of my original characters Shinbi and Aziza. Would they ever be in a picture together in reality? No way. Aziza was the daughter of a Pharaoh in ancient Egypt who was stabbed to death accidentally by a slave at the palace named Shakir. Aziza and Shakir were going to run away together, so she went to him in the middle of the night. Shakir, thinking Aziza was a robber, blindly attacked her in the dark with a sharpened Ankh.

Shinbi is Aziza's very distant relative living in the modern age. She is a quarter Egyptian, Japanese, Irish and French. Recently orphaned, she finds herself in the company of a blue haired boy she found wandering the forest her house is in. His name is Shakir.

Cursed by The Gods, Shakir has been forced to roam the earth forever until he causes the end of Aziza's bloodline with his own hands, forever a reminder of the fact that he murdered the offspring of a God, the Pharaoh.

So, in real short, I used these two for break away because Shinbi is trying to break away from the grip of the curse and Aziza was trying to break away from her sheltered life.
