This is Toyotami Kun's gijinka, Raimundo. Okay, so initially I wasn't intending to add any color after scanning it - but... this is where we've ended up. Couldn't help it, I guess. I may still do what I had initially intended to do - color with watercolors.

At first, I'd planned on drawing another character, but ended up scrapping that (they were fighting - thus Rai's somewhat aggressive expression). Rai's adversary was a Gyarados Samurai... I eventually decided that the contrast in character design was too much to bear. My main goal with this piece was to develop a dynamic pose. Ended up using some of my boots for reference - so, sorry if I made him wear the wrong footwear, Toyotami ,:D

I just couldn't help but draw Rai! He's a very fun character to draw.
