I'm still drawing for a friend of mine, making loading screens for his private RO server. Currently, I'm part of a team of artists making these loading screens. One of the younguns I'm working with just entered art school, but still has a lot to learn. I almost want to smack her school for not teaching her anything...like knowing how to respect the value of constructive criticism.

What does this have to do about this picture? Well I was thinking of her when I was drawing this. Her drawings need quite the work, her coloring as well, but she won't/refuses to lend herself to constructive criticism. My friend is reluctant to critique her work, but the integrity of the server is at stake.

Well for all I know, mine aren't that perfect either, but I'm willing to accept whatever help I can get.
