I actually did this one drawing first free-hand then I scanned it into the computer and continued to color it pixel by pixel with paint. Then when I finally got Photoshop I added the shine effect. Also going to add the one I added a negative burnt out effect too, because it came out amazing. Look for it! Feel free to comment!
