I've got Kagome from "InuYasha" dressed like Uryuu Ishida from "Bleach". She doesn't have quincy power, but spirit powers that are also no stranger to fighting beings from the demonic and super-natural worlds. I guess miko as strong and powerful as she is could kill hollows just like Uuryu can.
