So I gave up on the all digital idea.

I actually kinda like what my oil paint tool did to Wally - he was done up in all colored pencils, and then I modified him in Paint.net. That rain was a little difficult to create, and I still don't think I did it right... The whole thing was supposed to look like a painting, but I kinda gave up on that idea ^^;

There's a scene in the chapter where Wally sits out in the rain, so I tried capturing that. Wally is one of my favorite characters from Ruby and Sapphire...the poor kid is sick, and no one ever tells you what's wrong with him. However, I always envied him for getting a stupid Ralts when I could never find one -_-

I'm sorry....I still can't get over his hair...
