I chose blue as my one color. The BG is a shade of blue.
I used the eraser to get the white lines. I also got the bg from Google images.
Well. I hope this is what you're looking for, ahahahah...
I dunno, but I love cowlicks most times. I think it may be a bit extra to add with the stray-strand, but I wanted to add it.
