I drew the "daddy" so I figured it only right to draw the children too. I have no plans to draw all of the Cell Jr.'s so I picked the best picture out of all the ones I found. Normally they are pretty cute, even though they look like mini Cells.

There's not much I can say about this one, he turned out pretty good (other than my scanner messing up the shadow again >.>) and I think he even turned out better than my Cell piece. Guess that means I'm improving huh.
