(Her first name is pronounced phonically in Japanese)
*Kasaimori is broken down in to Kasai (fire) and Mori (forest) but when it is written all together it changes to Hi No Mori.
Age: roughly 1500 years old*
*Born in 1500 A.D. the story takes place in 3000A.D.
Birthday: August 15 Leo

Special ability: she has an influence over emotions; it only works on human people though.
Birth:
Kouen was born as a human in central America, into the aztec culture, and was a sacrifice to the gods, the sun spirit then appeared and gave her new life, with the power of fire, when she was asked what she wanted to do with her new life she said she wanted revenge on those who had wronged her, so the sun spirit then gave her ability’s that would help her in that quest.
About Kouen: she is the richest being in “the Relm” second only to the monarch. Raiko and Yuki lived with her for a while, until Raiko moved out to her abandoned parking garage and Yuki became the ruler of “the Relm” and moved in to the dragonfly palace. She spends her time modeling, hunting for rare tresures, and pranking people. She makes enemies easily.
Interesting character deigns: she had the longest tail (until Yuki got the cut off part of her tail back). She has more of a curly tail and is the one depicted with all 9 tails the most. Her ears are medium sized bigger the Raiko’s smaller then Kobii and Yuki’s. Her ears are pointed up and are meant to look like horns, reflecting her devilish nature. Her hair styles change the most, the length too.
