This is a picture of my friend, Julia. She is obsessed with my puppy and hot cheetos, so I drew a picture of her two favorite things. 
I used Gimp 2.0 and my Bamboo tablet. I didn't work too hard on the background because I wanted the attention to be focused on the girl, so I kept it simple! Enjoy
