Here's a picture of a random character. xD This isn't an OC, I just felt like drawing someone wearing green since I don't use that color a lot.. and it's my favorite color, so that's pretty sad! I also wanted to draw very pink cheeks and full lips with color on them. So this is what happened. Haha.

Her right (our left) arm is too short... but that's okay. She's just short in general. And there are random glowing dots floating around her. There's my idea of a background. Haha. I need to be less lazy in the future and draw real backgrounds! It'll happen eventually.
