This is for MissPuppettear's challenge, Blue Dress! I hope I did everything okay. I guess this is more fanart, or, it's SUPPOSED to look like Younha... ^^; In any case, I LOVE how the design for the dress came out. I was bored while working at the library (sometimes I can do homework since it's work-study, but there was no one there and I was BORED) so I took the opportunity and worked on this for like 5 hours. XD Plus I decided to do this just for practice, and I seem to have had a bad case of artist's block lately, so this is great practice! Thanks for making the challenge, MissPuppettear!
