Finally got another decent fanart cranked out! Man I've missed submitting stuff here! So for this one I drew Megurine Luka in her World's End Dance Hall costume. I felt like drawing it, and this is what came out of it! I was watching some videos of that song on youtube, mostly the original one with her and Miku singing or the Nico Nico Douga version. :3

Anyway, took a day and a half to work on it, with many breaks in between. XD Did this in Photoshop Elements 9.0 and sketched it on paper, then traced and colored with my tablet~
