This is my entry for Miss Puppetear's Blue Dress challenge. I entered it a few times but it didn't show up because I probably screwed something up. I would like to thank Viollet SO MUCH for letting me badger her with stupid questions about entering fan art.
Oh, the picture is of Rinslet Walker from Kentaro Yabuki's Black Cat. If anyone here has not read Black Cat, GO READ IT. NOW! (Or watch the anime, whatever. But the manga is better.) Anyway, I know Rinslet looks a little to sweet in this picture, but when I drew it I somehow hadn't realized that the picture were supposed to be fan art, but luckily it sort of looked like Rinslet, what with the purple hair and all,so yeah.
