This is 2003's TMNT: Same as it Never Was. Donatello and his brothers undergo different, alternate realities.
- Michelangelo is transported to a superhero based universe where he and his brothers are superheroes and Splinter is evil. It's terrible.
- Raphael is teleported to a space aspect and racing is involved.
- Leonardo is taken to Usagi Yojimbo's reality.
- Donatello is sent to a future reality or an alternate future where Shredder rules and his brothers all have lost a part of themselves along the 30 years, and more... It's a real nightmare... This Mikey comes from that reality.
