I drew this for a student gallery show that's coming up in my town. It's my OC Celeste, an ice mage. The Arctic tern landing on her arm is her familiar, Isen.

Sloppy background notwithstanding, I'm super happy with how this turned out! The foreshortening isn't too horrible, and for once I like how the hands look. The colors are brighter in real life (my scanner kills color quality a bit) but even then I like how they turned out.

But even then... backgrounds. Goodness, do I hate backgrounds.
