This is a scanned version of my drawing of Goro Shigeno which I originally submitted (in digital photo form) back in 2009.

Here's the description from the original version:

This is a drawing of Goro Shigeno, the main character in the anime and manga series Major. The materials I used here were a pencil and a black Pilot permanent marker (also known as "pentel pen" in our place). I drew this just this afternoon (May 24, 2009).

The drawing isn't exactly the best, since it doesn't seem to have perfect symmetry. However, I feel really proud to have been able to draw this work because it is a very good sign of improvement in my drawing abilities, particularly with anime/manga characters. Even the eyes, which I consider one of the toughest things to draw in any anime character, turned out okay.
