This is the draft of Chespawott. I had to add little color notations so when I went to color it, I wouldn't forget what was what.

I would've submitted the sketch (minus color notations), but it had to be colored. So here's the draft!

Oshawott cosplaying as Chespin... with its Chespin hat, socks, and jacket, it's just so adorable!

Those of you that know me and my opinion of Chespin should remember that I've always thought it was just a brown Oshawott in a shower cap. Haters gonna hate... I love Chespin, I just think its design reminds me of Oshawott.
