Meet Helen the Helioptile... yeah, that's all I got.

Her hat's designed to look like the top of Helioptile's head, complete with hat flaps to match its ears. I kept her color scheme the same as Helioptile's, which meant a very boring color scheme, but oh well! Since she's an Electric type (and a Helioptile at that), she can use the new Parabolic Charge move! Cool, right?
