Toya's idea for day 16 was for everyone to draw a favorite character or OC in 1950s fashion. I didn't really want to use an OC, so I went through my mental list of favorite characters. I decided to pick an old favorite from an anime that I watched way back when: Misty from Pokemon.

At first, I was going to dress her like a '50s preteen or something, but then I thought that since she's a Water Pokemon trainer, a swimsuit would suit her just as well. The execution wasn't anywhere near as great as the concept. There are SO many things off about the proportions. But the swimsuit turned out OK.

I doubt if you'll use this drawing for a wallpaper or ecard, but it's available. Just follow theO rules and don't steal.
